A bottling machine is something that most people rarely, if ever, have to buy in their entire lives. However, if you own a company that needs a bottling machine, the prospect of buying one can seem more than a little intimidating at first. Departments stores do not carry bottling machines in stock, and the whys and wherefores of specific industrial equipment can be overwhelming to a typical purchasing professional. However, if you break the task down into smaller components, finding and buying a bottling machine for your company should be easy.
First, determine what kind of budget your company can afford for the bottling machine. If you can buy the machine outright, that is terrific. However, you might want to look into what type of monthly payments the company could afford if they need to take out a loan for the bottling machine, as well. Once you have the budget set up, take a look at capacity.
Ask the production personnel how many units per hour your bottling machine needs to be able to process, and order a machine that can handle a bit more than the number you are given in order to accommodate any additional business growth. Once you have the units per hour determined, ask what kind of square footage you have available for the bottling machine. Again, make sure the production personnel gives you a realistic idea of not only how much space the bottling machine itself will take up, but how much room each employee will need to work safely on and around the machine.
Once you have these hard figures in hand, run a search engine query for bottling machines, and find a model that meets all of your criteria. Search for the best price from the most reputable vendor, and do your best to determine whether or not the model you have in mind is a reliable one. It can often cost far less in the long run to buy a pricier but reliable bottling machine, rather than a cheaper but schlocky model that constantly needs repairs. Good luck!
